We use genuine base shoes and customize them by hand. These are custom works of art, not official brand releases.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to the USA, Europe, Canada, UK, and more from secure warehouses.
Do they come in original boxes?
To reduce shipping costs and avoid customs issues, we may ship in plain boxes or eco-friendly packaging.
Can I return my order?

Custom shoes cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed mistake from our side.

Sample (non-custom) shoes can be returned within 14 days if unused.
How do I clean the shoes?
Gently clean with a soft cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash or soak in water.
